Together, you will agree on a treatment plan to meet your goals. You will then book follow-up appointments These can last between 20 - 30 minutes. You will receive ongoing treatment & discuss the development of your treatment plan. Likely, you will additionally be asked to do some exercises at home as prescribed by your physio and asked to do these in between appointments to help with your journey of recovery.
