First, you will have an initial assessment appointment.
This can last between 30 - 45 minutes.
Here, you will have a chance to explain your condition and medical history.

Your Physio will then explain their findings and share their knowledge.
Together, you will agree on a treatment plan to meet your goals.
You will then book follow-up appointments
These can last between 20 - 30 minutes.
You will receive ongoing treatment & discuss the development of your treatment plan.
Likely, you will additionally be asked to do some exercises at home as prescribed by your physio and asked to do these in between appointments to help with your journey of recovery.
You could also be referred back to your GP or Consultant for further investigation.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your Physio during your appointment.
