About Us:

Harris Health Care Solutions Ltd (Harris Mind & Body) is a UK-based health and wellness business dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care, Physiotherapy, Pilates, and movement education.

All payments are taken in GBP (£).

Physiotherapy Appointments

To give you the best possible care, physiotherapy appointments can only be booked by phone or in person.

This allows us to match you with the most appropriate therapist and ensure you receive the support you need.

PelviPower Chair Credits

All PelviPower Chair credits must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Credits cannot be refunded or extended beyond this period.

If you’re unsure about how many sessions you have left or when they expire, we’re always happy to help – just give us a call.

Class Bookings & Information:

All class sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Health Screening:
- All clients are required to complete a HMB Health Screening Form before participating in classes or private sessions.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your form and contact details are up to date and to notify your teacher of any changes in your health before each class.
Booking in Advance:
- Our class sizes are strictly limited.
- Please book weekly or in advance to secure your place.
Class Credit Validity:
- All bookings and credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Early Cancellation:
- If you cancel a class more than 24 hours in advance, your credit will be returned to your account for future use (valid for 3 months from the original purchase date).
- These credits must still be used within the original 3-month period.
Late Cancellation or No Show:
- Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to attend will result in full credit being taken.
- You will be marked as a late cancel or no-show.
Group classes will not run with only one person booked.
Please check your class booking to ensure there are other participants.
We do our best to contact you if a class is cancelled due to low numbers, but it is also your responsibility to check.
You will not be charged if we cancel a class.
We aim to give at least 24 hours notice if we need to cancel a class.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible.
You will receive an automatic email notification if a class is cancelled, so please ensure we have your correct email address.
You can also opt into our text message alerts.

Privacy & Security (GDPR)

All personal information is processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We respect and value your privacy.

Online payments are processed securely through Optimal Payments or Wix, offering you safe and reliable transactions.

Returns Policy for Goods

Goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original condition.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a return.
